Shipping policy

Orders are shipped via Australia Post or Fastway Couriers, please note Fastway Couriers do not ship to PO Boxes.

Your order will be sent within 2-14 business days, depending on whether or not the items are available.

You will receive an email with the tracking details of your order within 24 hours of it being sent. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking to become live on either the Australia Post or Fastway Couriers website.

Please make sure you ship to an address that can accept delivery in person. This will be your responsibility.

The Pure Essentials accepts no responsibility for lost or late shipments and we cannot guarantee delivery times.

We reserve the right to reject and refund orders due to location and shipping costs.
